Booking your Spa Party
Feel free to book your Spa Party with us over the phone or through e-mail. Please have ready at the time of your booking the date and time of your Spa Party, the first and last names of all your guests, the services/ treatments they choose to receive, whether you will be having breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Spa and a credit card number to secure your booking. |

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your Spa Party or any of the services requested as part of the party, we require 1 week notice. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 1 week notice. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this cancellation policy.
Please make sure that all Spa Party guests are aware of this policy. |

Spa Party Arrivals
All Spa Party guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments in order to complete a client consultation form and prepare for their services. To enable us to provide quality service to all clients, Spa treatments must be started and completed on time.

| Please be advised that a Spa Party requires a minimum of five people taking a minimum of two services each.
